Cherish your inner weather – Steven Pressfield

My inner weather doesn’t know what’s going on outside. It doesn’t care. It operates by its own meteorological laws.

From his Writing Wednesdays series, Steven Pressfield offers sage advice.

It reminds me of a passage in Meditations (4.3):

“People try to get away from it all – to the country, to the beach, to the mountains. You always wish that you could too. Which is idiotic: you can always get away from it anytime you like.

By going within.

Nowhere you can go is more peaceful – more free of interruptions – than your own soul.”

Check out Steven’s advice, here.
